I am so glad you are here.
Hey there, Erin here.
With my human hat on, Iβm a ciswoman, a wife, a mom, a daughter, and a continuously healing soul. Under my professional hat, Iβm a witness, an intellect, a collaborator, a lifelong learner, a somatic provider, and founder of Embrace, Embody, Empower.
Iβve always been curious about the deeper layers of what makes us, well, usβhow our experiences shape who we are, how we live in our bodies, how our nervous systems communicate with us, how we listen to that communication (or donβt), and how much wisdom we carry within ourselves that we havenβt tapped into yet.
My approach is grounded in relational compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and the understanding that our identities, lived experiences, relationships, and environments all shape what our well-being is. Iβm uncompromising about creating welcoming, inclusive, and affirming spaces, especially for individuals and communities historically marginalized or underserved. I am devoted to honoring the many layers of each personβs identity and recognizing how culture, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and other lived experiences shape the way we move through the world.
My path and purpose are built on supporting people in finding trust inside themselves so they can tolerate and manage what is outside of them. I believe healing can mean remembering and reintegrating the innate wisdom that already exists within usβcreating space for the body, mind, heart, and spirit to reconnect and do what they were built to doβbringing us back to ourselves as home.
